SUB-REGION IV
A Message from your Sub-region Director...

Kaylah Clark,
Dir. of Sub-region 4
J.D. Candidate 2026
Florida A&M University
School of Law
I am Kaylah Clark, a rising 3L at Florida A&M University College of Law, and I have the honor of serving as your Sub-Region 4 Director for the 2025–2026 academic year. As a proud South Florida native, I am excited to support the incredible Black law students across Florida, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. My passion is rooted in education, and my purpose is to serve. I truly believe that when we invest in one another, we all rise.
With twelve law schools in Florida and three in Puerto Rico, our sub-region is filled with strong, capable leaders who deserve spaces that reflect their brilliance. My goal is to help create and strengthen those spaces through connection, collaboration, and consistency. Whether through programming, peer support, or leadership opportunities, I am here to uplift and advocate for you.
As students of the Sunshine State, we have always shone bright and will continue to do so in everything we pursue. I am proud to stand beside you as we carry forward the mission and legacy of the National Black Law Students Association.
The time is always now, and each of us has a duty to step up, lean in, and do our part. I look forward to building with you all and making this a meaningful year for Sub-Region 4.
With gratitude and in service,
Kaylah Clark
